Do you supply the alcohol?
No. Per AGLC regulations, the host secures the Special Event Licence and purchases the alcohol from a licensed retailer. We bring the bartenders, the equipment, and the expertise. We can also handle the licence application on your behalf for $75.
Do you really only pour Alberta beer and wine?
Absolutely — Alberta-made is our default and where the magic is, but we're not limited to it. If you'd prefer a Canadian icon (Okanagan wines, Quebec ciders, BC craft beer) or an international favourite (Italian Prosecco, Belgian ale, French rosé), tell us at the time of booking and we'll source it. The cart and our service stay the same — your tap list flexes to fit your event.
What about non-drinkers?
We always include a curated non-alcoholic lineup — Alberta-made sodas, mocktails, and zero-proof beer where available.
ProServe?
Every bartender is ProServe-certified and current. We don't make exceptions.
Service area?
Calgary and the surrounding area, including Cochrane, Airdrie, Okotoks, Canmore, Banff, Bragg Creek, and Red Deer. Travel beyond 50 km is $1.25/km.
How far in advance should I book?
Trailer bookings: 6+ months for peak season (May–October)—Interim mobile bar service: 30+ days minimum. However, reach out to us, and we will see what we can do.
Is the trailer indoor or outdoor?
Both. The trailer works in either setting — we just need a flat surface and a 120v / 15A circuit (or we'll bring a generator).
